Information collected

Information you provide may include account details, billing details handled through PayPal or other payment providers used by the service, metadata request details, artwork references, support messages, and account preferences. In the supported browser-side flow, audio files stay in your browser and are not part of the default public API requests.

The service also collects operational data such as job history, subscription status, usage counts, error logs, browser requests, and device or network information needed for security and troubleshooting.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, process metadata and artwork support requests, calculate credits, respond to support requests, and protect the platform from abuse or failure.

Operational data may also be used to improve match quality, diagnose technical issues, and guide product decisions.

Sharing and processors

Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the platform, such as hosting, storage, analytics, logging, and payment processors including PayPal, and only when required for those functions.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to enforce the terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the service.

Retention and security

Account records, billing records, metadata or artwork request logs, and related operational records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security review, billing follow-up, or legal compliance.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
