Refund Policy

Payments for CrateTag Studio are processed through PayPal. Monthly plans and top-up purchases are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or where the service operator approves one because of a clear billing error.

When refunds may be approved
A refund may be considered if you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, if a clear billing error occurred, or if a severe service fault made the purchased plan unusable and support could not provide a practical remedy within a reasonable time.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever possible.
Non-refundable purchases
Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once billed.
Top-up purchases are non-refundable once purchased.
Refunds are not issued for partial use, forgotten cancellations, plan changes after purchase, or issues caused by local files, unsupported formats, network conditions, PayPal account restrictions, or third-party outages outside the platform's control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Cancellation timing
Cancel before the next renewal date if you do not want the next subscription period charged. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically reverse charges already processed for the active billing cycle.
How to request review
Send refund requests promptly to admin@cratetagstudio.cc with the account email, charge date, and enough detail to identify the issue. Requests should be made within a reasonable period after the charge appears so billing records can be verified accurately.
If a payment dispute is filed directly with the payment provider, account access may be limited while the dispute is investigated.
