Terms of Service

CrateTag Studio is operated from Israel and provides a browser-side, local-first tagging workflow for DJ library preparation. In the supported flow, your audio files stay in your browser while the service helps with metadata resolution, artwork support, account access, and billing. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to use the platform only for lawful music-management activity. If anything here is unclear, email admin@cratetagstudio.cc.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the credentials tied to your account and for the activity that happens through it. Keep your password private and contact the service operator quickly if you suspect unauthorized access.

The service may suspend or limit access if account activity appears abusive, fraudulent, or technically harmful to the platform or other users.

Local content and processing rights

Only process audio files and metadata you have permission to use. You keep ownership of your files. In the supported browser-side flow, your audio files stay on your device, and you grant the service only the limited rights needed to handle the metadata or artwork requests you send, maintain your account, and provide billing or support.

Do not use the service for infringing content, malicious files, or data you are not authorized to handle.

Billing and credits

Paid plans include a monthly file-credit allowance based on the plan description shown on the website. Credits reset each billing cycle unless the plan page clearly says otherwise.

Payments are processed through PayPal. Subscriptions renew until canceled, and you are responsible for taxes, payment issues, or charges caused by incorrect billing details.

Availability and limits

Because the application is still evolving, features, limits, and workflow behavior may change over time. The operator may modify, pause, or remove features when needed for maintenance, security, or product updates.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep metadata resolution, artwork support, and account access running reliably, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
